Your Association will be allocated an Account Manager who will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of service you will receive from PAMS. He/she will attend your meetings and deliver on the action items.
Your Account Manager can be seen as your Association’s Executive Officer, if that is what you need, who will represent your Association as you prescribe and will coordinate the resources of PAMS to produce the best outcomes for your Organisation.
Your Association Manager is your representative within PAMS - and is working on your behalf.
