A key feature of supporting the Association's growth has been the strategic decision to engage the services of the Professional Association Management Service (PAMS). PAMS and ARNA's partnership has enhanced service levels to our increasing membership. ARNA's commitment is to continue to develop this relationship and take opportunity to work closely with PAMS to provide further options and support services for our membership. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr Richard Gerner, Executive Director of PAMs and his staff for their commitment to developing this partnership - and for the flexibility and ‘going that bit extra’ on so many occasions.

Pivotal to ARNA Administration is Ms Felicity Shiel-Jones. Her exceptional coordination, professional attitude and high level operational skills are a true asset to our Association. Felicity is a crucial member of the ARNA team. Her often unnoticed extra efforts ensures maximum output from administration services and her caring and genuine nature ensures that our members are always treated with the respect, care and attention that ARNA prides itself on. Felicity is an outstanding support to the busy Executive Team and will go out of her way to make our jobs as easy as she can make them.
